Apr. 07th, 1978 A construction contract between TECHNO – IMPORT VIETNAM and UNIONMATEX (Germany) was signed to build the spinning mill. Feb., 1979 The construction project was started. Nov. 21st, 1984 Hanoi Spinning Mill was officially established Apr. 30th, 1991 Hanoi Spinning Mill was transformed to Hanoi Spinning-Knitting Enterprise with abbreviation as HANOSIMEX Jun. 19th, 1995 Hanoi Spinning-Knitting Enterprise was renamed to Hanoi Textile Company Feb. 28th, 2000 Hanoi Textile Company was renamed to Hanoi Textile-Garment Company From 2000 to 2005 The Company was ever-developing in the trend of international economic integration, company’s re-organization and extending the business’ activities. From 2005 to now The Company has been focusing on re-organizing as a holding company and privatizing its company members. |
